Where in Tidewater
- It shares the exact same "roof" as the 1902 World's Oldest Ham, sitting in a neighboring display case.
- It is even older than the ham, dating all the way back to 1890. It was originally grown by a farmer named A.B. Scott, but was pocketed and dated by the very same peanut merchant, P.D. Gwaltney Sr., to use as a marketing tool for his business.
- Like its ham neighbor, it has also been featured by Ripley's Believe It or Not! and was recently 3D-scanned by anthropologists so people around the world could study its historic wrinkles.
